Meanwhile in Fury…

Thanks to M.Arquiza for this one.

Hello everyone,

so, the movie Fury is coming to cinemas soon (in the USA anyway, October 15th) and posters are starting to appear all over the world… this poster is from a cinema/shopping mall in Davao – it’s city wide too, at least that’s what the source claims (at least two different cinemas are using it).

Damn, I had no idea this movie is about a Cromwell and a Comet :) Hmm, where have I have seen that picture before anyway… oh I know, it’s a fucking Wargaming wallpaper! That’s some stronk advertising right there…

  1. This is exactly an example of what happens in that part of the world. Even down to the quality of the poster which is piracy grade. Posters produced in the west are too expensive and make eleventy billion of them using bad images and/or the wrong ones.

Did you know that “Great Wall” vehicles are actually worse than Ladas?

  2. I’m confused, Hollywood taught me that Britain didn’t take part in WW2, so how can British tanks can’t be used to spread liberty and freedom?!

    [end sarcasm]

    • You mean U571, the submarine sunk by a Short Sunderland off Ireland in 1944 which wasn’t boarded by the Americans?

Or the Real U110 which was captured by the British in 1941 before the Americans had even decided to join the war?

  3. Fake. Where is the list of movie cast on the bootom of the poster in that very characteristic “hollywood font”, that’s been on virtually every single Hollywood poster for decades? Why was the picture taken with a potato?

  4. Fake…
Where are companies logos , release dates, bunch of letters about everything being “R” , ect , ect. it looks like something made and printed in home -.-

  5. Fake or not, it reminds of the magazine had for the HK USP where the cartridges were loaded in the magazine backwards…

  6. Hello everyone, source here.

Here’s a better quality picture of said movie poster with less cropping.

Yes, the poster does look like it’s made and printed at home. I assume it’s not the official Hollywood poster.

I found it in NCCC Mall of Davao and my friend says it’s also in Abreeza, so if you’re in Davao you could check it out. (Although from other comments it seems that it really is city wide)

Sorry if the first picture was taken with potato, I took it with my old iPod 4G. Not everyone owns a good camera phone.
