Why doesn’t Wargaming replace the completely fictional T25/2 with the less fictional T28 Concept?

We should’ve had Super Hellcat for tier 7. And this T28 could have been used for tier 8. Instead we have unhistorical and ex-OP Hellcat at tier 6 and fakes and heavies after it.

Of course they were, anyone with an understanding of how engine development and implementation in games development works could have seen that, no matter what they change, they can’t get rid of Big World, unless they scrap the game as is and start from scratch, which would be stupid.
And besides, Big World is owned by WG now, they would be making future and improved versions of Big World tailored to WG.
People who think that there is this ‘Big World’ boogeyman out there crippling WoTs development and that they would fix everything by switching to another engine need a reality check, and to actually do some research into what they are spouting bullshit about.
Everyone knows that long time ago WG bought whole BigWorld.

the word “technical” also scares me a bit… looks like the “huge 9.5″ will be actually a patch to fix 9.4 mistakes…
