something lighter today – these are the results of the Russian Wargaming competition to create a “tank costume” (it was tied to 2013 Igromir). Some are nice (I guess), but some are weird or downright creepy. Enjoy!

    • Why? People are having fun, what is sad in this? Or are you the one, that faps to the ludicrously detailed suits made by pros attending conventions (and many cleavage whores among them, do not fet me wrong, e.g. Marie-Claude Bourbonnais os a very nice looking lady, but cosplaying is her, and people similar to her – job)? Here we have some armatures, and good.

      • Eh, imo if you do something, you either do it well or keep the results to yourself. Some of those are downright atrocious.

    • Old people, over 80 years old maybe. That will explain a lot : hit ratio below 50%(old age hand tremor), afk (they are falling to sleep), etc.

  13. That first MS-1 costume is very well put together. It’s just a shame that the pose and the fact the kid doesn’t have any shoes on makes it look pretty pedo…

  17. i only see 2 of them whi are kinda legit; the crate tank, and the one with a carpet on the back. the rest? target practice.

  18. the “couchtank” (24/49) seems to be “imbalanced” as the model represented (sturmtiger)

  19. All of them are nice, and finnaly some done by real people, not pros. That kid in a KV-2 costume is just cute :-).

  20. am i the only one that’s wondering ¿why do they always put the turret and cannons in their head?, i’d put it in my hip/junk, a big gun and take a photo with a big grin, maybe a serb doll poking out in a hatch in front of your junk with an “O” face :D as well

    People really need to 4chan more…., it should be an obligatory course for internet, a month of /b/ and /gif/ to start

  21. The Tiger II dude near the top lmao. Middle aged man goes outside looking like that. No one will see me only the 100s of people in the tower block lol. The look on some of the kids faces – dad you are shit at making stuff :)

    Also what is it with the fashion of using shower curtains as living room curtains??

  22. Fantastic display of imagination, sure, euro and ´murica whiners are gonna have a field day, but then i wonder if that contest was the same for every server cluster, i can imagine what costumes would they come up with

    • I look at the images, I see nothing that could tell me if those people are mentally impaired.

      I read your comment, and I can see signs of mental handicapping.

      If that was hard for you to understand:
      You can’t connect those pictures to whether or not they are stupid.
      But, Its easy to see stupidity in your comment.

  30. I’ve been going to New York Comic-con for years now (here in the US if you didn’t know). Every year I see hundreds/thousands of cosplays. Some are AMAZING but a lot are not very good. What I enjoy is never seeing cosplayers upset when they do it. So if you have fun and aren’t hurting people then go for it.
