Individual Missions – T-55A (Stage 3)

In brackets, optional (secondary) objective, rewards vary.

Light Tanks

- win while being in top 3 in XP (survive)
- be first to spot 6 enemy tanks, survive (win)
- deal damage to 5 enemy vehicles while moving, spot 5 enemy tanks (destroy 3 enemy vehicles while moving)
- detrack at least 3 enemy tanks (2 enemies detracked have to be killed)
- get 3 enemies spotted by you killed by your team (get at least 6 enemy tanks damaged by your team while you spot, survive)
- spot 6 enemy tanks before they spot you (survive, win)
- spot 3 enemy arties and help destroy them (survive, win)
- help cap enemy base while getting at least 40 percent cap points, battle is won by capping (do not get hit while capping)
- spot or detrack 6 enemy vehicles (2 enemy vehicles get killed as a result)
- cause 3000 spotting damage (survive)
- while platooning with an arty (or two arties or another LT and an arty), deal 2000 spotting damage while your teammate deals 1500 damage, you have to kill 2 enemy vehicles as well (win, survive)
- while platooning with another LT, deal summary 5000 spotting damage (two of the platoon have to survive)
- destroy 3 enemy vehicles of your tier or higher (deal at least 2000 damage)
- be first in XP of both teams while surviving (win)
- deal at least 6000 spotting or assistant damage (spot or detrack 2 vehicles that get destroyed as a result of that action)

Tank Destroyers

- be in top 3 of your team in XP (survive, win)
- deal at least 2000 damage and crit 2 enemy vehicle modules or crewmember, destroy/kill them (dont end battle with destroyed modules or dead crewmembers)
- destroy 5 enemy vehicles, win (survive)
- destroy 3 enemy vehicles while remaining unspotted by them at the moment of the destruction (win, survive)
- destroy 2 vehicles at at least 300 meters (deal at least 3000 damage)
- deal 2000 damage at at least 250 meters, target must be in motion (destroy 3 enemy vehicles in motion)
- destroy 3 enemy vehicles while recieving no damage until that point (survive, win)
- deal 1 times as many damage than the hitpoints of your vehicle (win, survive)
- deal 5 damage-dealing shots in a row (destroy 3 enemy vehicles)
- deal at least 3000 damage while remaining unspotted (survive, win)
- platoon with another TD, destroy 6 enemy vehicles (two of the platoon have to survive)
- destroy 2 enemy heavy tanks while dealing at least 3000 damage (win, survive)
- platoon with another TD, deal at least 50 percent of the summary team damage, win (two of the platoon have to survive)
- deal at least 6000 damage to the enemy (destroy 3 vehicles)

Medium Tanks

- deal any damage, win, be in top 3 in XP (survive)
- deal damage to 5 enemy vehicles while on the move (kill 3 enemies while on the move)
- destroy 2 enemy vehicles in first 5 minutes of battle (survive, win)
- 3 times detrack and damage enemy vehicles (destroy 2 detracked vehicles, win)
- destroy enemy light tank while moving (win,survive)
- destroy 3 enemy vehicles of three different classes of vehicles (win,survive)
- destroy 3 enemy artilleries (survive, win)
- destroy 2 enemy mediums of one tier higher (deal 1500 damage)
- set 2 enemy vehicles on fire or one vehicle twice (be in top 3 in XP)
- deal 12 shots, dealing damage (destroy 3 enemy vehicles)
- destroy enemy by ramming, survive the ramming, deal more damage by ramming than the amount of hp you lose from it (win, survive)
- while in platoon, destroy 7 enemy vehicles (each player in platoon has to deal damage to the vehicles destroyed by the platoon)
- deal at least 7000 damage in platoon (platoon has to be in top 3 of its team in XP)
- destroy 1 enemy heavy 2 tiers higher than you (survive, win, deal at least 1500 damage)
- destroy 2 enemy TD’s that are a tier higher (survive, win, deal no less than 2000 damage)

Heavy Tanks

- destroy 3 enemy vehicles (deal at least 3000 damage)
- destroy 3 enemy vehicles that are no more than 100 meters from you (deal at least 3000 damage)
- destroy 4 enemy vehicles of 3 different classes (deal at least 3000 damage)
- destroy 5 internal modules or crewmembers of enemy tank (destroy 3 enemy vehicles)
- be the best in damage of your team (survive)
- destroy 2 enemy heavies a tier higher (deal at least 2000 damage)
- win battle by capping, get at least 30 cap points, deal at least 3000 damage (destroy 3 enemy vehicles)
- deal at least 3000 damage to enemy heavies (destroy 4 enemy tanks)
- destroy an enemy by ramming, survive the ram, deal more damage by ramming than you get (survive, win)
- deal at least 3000 damage to enemy vehicles within your viewrange (destroy 4 vehicles)
- deal at least 3000 damage while (at battle’s end) having no internal modules damaged or destroyed and no crew dead (destroy 4 enemy vehicles)
- block at least 3 times your hitpoints with your armor while dealing at least 2500 damage (win, survive)
- platoon with another heavy tank, destroy 3 enemy vehicles within 5 minutes of battle (win, survive)
- platoon with another heavy tank, destroy at least 7 enemy vehicles of 3 different classes (at least two platoonmembers have to survive)
- a sum of damage dealt, damage recieved and damage blocked by armor of your tank has to exceed 12000 (win)

Artillery

- deal at least 3000 damage (survive,win)
- be in top 5 in damage while remaining unspotted (destroy 3 enemy vehicles)
- do at least 5 shots that deal damage (deal at least 3000 damage)
- destroy 2 enemy light tanks (survive,win)
- detrack 3 enemies, which are then destroyed by your allies or commit suicide (deal at least 3000 damage)
- destroy 3 enemy vehicles of tier higher (survive,win)
- destroy 3 TDs, win (deal at least 3000 damage)
- deal at least 2000 damage to enemy heavy tanks (destroy 1 enemy heavy, win)
- deal damage to enemy vehicle moving at least 30 km/h (win, survive, remain unspotted)
- destroy an enemy unspotted arty (deal at least 3000 damage)
- destroy enemy tank while dealing damage to two more with the same shot (win, survive)
- be the best in damage, destroy 3 enemy vehicles (win)
- platoon with another artillery, deal at least 40 percent of total damage your team does, win (platoon has to survive)
- platoon with another artillery or light tank, personally deal 4000 damage (platoon has to survive)
- be the best in damage and XP of your team, deal at least 3000 damage (survive)

    a) do not kill them, just spot
    b) you can make some shots but let others kill them
    c) at least one shot by your teammates should damage at least one of them.

  3. So basically they want you to find a platoon mate who will do missions with you for hours on end!!! WHERE WILL YOU FIND SUCH A PERSON, who will selflessly help another one in an online game?!?!? When he gets absolutely no benefit out of it?
    HOW MANY BATTLES DO YOU THINK this will take to the average player????

    • Well, I sincerely hope “the average player” will NEVER complete these missions in ANY number of battles – what would be the point of giving out exclusive rewards that would be reachable by anyone?

      But yes, to be honest, as I play only USA, UK and French vehicles, I’m glad the conditions for T28 Concept are easily passable. T-55A seem quite challenging and as for Obj. 268, that’s just out of my reach and I’m completely OK with it. :-)

      • This approach is even more retarded and companies like BLIZZARD understood that like 10 years ago!!!
        IT IS absolutely detrimental to the quality of a game to put content that only absolute “no lifers” or “PRO`s” will be able to access. This has been proven so many times it is even painful to think that a company can be so backwards and so lagging behind industry as this.
        Sadly with absolutely every action WG proves they have absolutely no idea what they are doing and the success of WOT is purely an accident, and not an result of hard work and achievement.

        • Well, I get your point, but I think this approach would be bad only if the exclusive tanks were OP compared to those that anyone can grind (although it would take 3 times longer to get for an average Joe than for a unicum).

          But as these reward tanks seem to be generally equal or worse (correct me, if I’m wrong?), I still find it OK if only the best of the best could show up in the game in those shiny machines. :-)

        • The problem is not the “bragging rights” for the content. “Hey i got This so i am better than you.” No.

          The problem is that games rely on novelty, new content, etc to get players excited and keep them playing. Thus introducing new content is crucial. If this content is “restricted” by skill, time invested or otherwise, this will result in frustration for the players. No player is going to admit to himself “I suck, therefore i should not play this content, it is too hard form me”.
          And the sheer frustration that a large part of the players will get, while failing and failing time after time, trying to do what others are doing is going to result in them quitting the game, rather than going back to playing the old, easy, unoriginal, not new, not exciting content. This has been proved so many times.
          For example. You are in a room with other people. You all get to eat a piece of simple bread. Then some of you get to eat chocolate chip cookies while you are not given a cookie and you have to ear a slice of bread while you watch others ear cookies. Do you leave the room and join another room where all eat cookies, or do you remain in the room where you eat bread and others eat cookies?
          This is not hard to understand. This is not the first time. This is sad! I would only understand it if they start selling tokens – then this will all make sense. After all they are corporation and they are after profits. Otherwise it is just stupid.

    • Pay someone. If people pay others for xp’ing then they will also pay someone to play with them to get the mission.

  4. So, I know that artillery is optional as long as you complete all other classes.
    But can I like, not do the light tank mission as long as I do everything else. Or is this an arty-only thing?
    I’m asking because I’d rather play the M3 Lee in a T10 match than play any light tank.

  5. Hmmm… well these don’t seem as hard as I thought they’d be… just… time consuming :/
    It isn’t helped by the fact that you have to activate them one by one, without that you could probably just complete multiple missions at once or even just get them while playing.
    Oh well! Guess I can’t complain about a free tank! :D

    • They discussed that earlier in that they want you to “earn” the tank not just have it fall into your garage unknowlingly. I will just activate whatever class I am playing and see what the next mission is and be aware of it during the battle. Some of these missions require you to do things that are counter-intuitive to normal gameplay i.e. “spot 3 enemy arties and help destroy them (survive, win)
      ” sure an arty run in a LT can be fun but we usually call them suiscouts.

  6. That final mission for arty is practically impossible. Based on how arty is hamstrung concerning XP earned it is almost impossible to be top XP maker. I like how the secondary mission is 3000 dmg. You will need more than that plus 3+ kills to get there.

    • Agree. I’m not a good arty player by any means but have at least grinded my way to t9 German and t8 French and I doubt I’ve been top in exp more than once. Maybe with the changed tier levels (I started when arty was 2 battle tiers lower) you could do something radical with the tier 5 FV or Leffe in a low tier battle but to then do 3k exp as well?!? You pretty much need a t10 arty and hope the rest of your team suck enough to only kill max 2 tanks, not do a lot else and hand the top place to you on a plate. But hey, it’s supposed to be difficult…

      Some developer had said they don’t expect more than 5-10% of the active players to get the Object tank. I think that’s waaaay high an expectation. Unless they start selling tokens…which I fully expect them to do a few month’s down the line :-)

    • Final mission is doable, you just need some detracking, frags and dmg. Was top exp and top dmg in my m53/55 few times. But…

  7. didnt they said that you wont need arty to complete missions? actually you must,you can do it without them only if you do all secondary missions,i really dont know what kind of masochist you must be to do all secondary missions… so great job WG, your lies are great

    • Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think it’s ALL the secondary missions. Isn’t it just the LAST secondary mission (the 15th) you need to accomplish in order to get to bypass one of the lines? Or is the last secondary mission only to get the crew member?

    • well,you are right,my fault,but still its hard to do 8k DMG and plus you need to win,and its only for tank like StuG IV,it could be a lot of easier

      • 8k dmg and you lose is rare. If you do that well in any one tank 90 percent of the time you are going to win. I did the 12k total in my E100 last night. 8K blocked by armor, 3k dmag and I got crdit for spotting/track dmg for the rest. We won in a landslide because They couldn’t get past Fort E100.

  8. SS, do we know tier limits for earning each reward? I know for the stug it is tier 4 or higher vehicles to complete, but the other missions are all locked (obviously), so I can’t look at the requirements. Does it progress, like tier 5 vehicles for the T28, tier 6 vehicles for the T-55A, tier 7 vehicles for the Object 260, or is there some other tier breakdown?
