BTW. I have no idea what WG had in mind – giving T2 LT +3 MM – this thing has no view range and a tier one, close combat – low penetration gun,,,,

There are exactly zero changes in matchmaking from 9.5 to 9.6 according to this chart.

I believe the StuG IV was able to get into tier 7 games before (at least according to Tank Inspector, and I believe PointyHairedJedi mentioned it). Now I can only see tier 6. I might be wrong.
