Hello everyone,
the museum of Bovington published second part of the Tank Chats series about British vehicles with David Fletcher, this time about the Carden Loyd Carrier. I must say I absolutely love David Fletcher’s voice and the way he explains stuff, you can feel that this guy simply KNOWS things. Really, really good.
In next part: Medium Tank Mk.II…
That thing sure is tiny, almost like some toy.
calm yo tits SS, you are posting too much interesting stuff lately :D
Could listen to this man forever.
I know, right? Me too.
It is sure interesting to listen what he says.
This man is THE man. Remember listening to him in my childhood staying up late past 00.00 to watch WW2 docs on Discovery channel. He turned up quite often.
It’s not without reasons why most TV channels calls him if there is talk about tanks or WWII in general. He has been in just about everything BBC/Discovery and National Geo has done on the subjects. He is truly amazing.
Hell, if they wanted to, they could STILL produce those things for municipal work or farming work. I would surely take one.
Why the heck don’t WG hire him to do their videos? Since he knows stuff about every thank. Not just the 1 tank he did drive at some point.
I swear, this guy reminds me of Dick Strawbridge.
He was the true king of Scrapheap challenge!
AND that guy built a tank.
Like, a real one. Tracks and all. Fucking glorious.
SS>@ “guy simply KNOWS things”
that guy knows everything !
He’s like Jingles kindly uncle. What is it about all the old British Army guys being so awesome? I could listen to him all day.
