Alienware codes giveaway

Hello everyone,

Alienware is giving out 300g + 1 day premium bonus codes to all players.

European version for EU accounts
American version for US accounts

The problem is, I was away whole morning and when I came back (now), the pages say they are overloaded and to try again shortly – so I have absolutely no idea whether there are any codes left. Thanks to the 40 or so folks, who sent me message about it too :)

Edit: yes, it still works. There are cca 6300 codes left as of now for EU server. Note that you CANNOT redeem more than one code on your account, so it’s pointless to make more Alienware accounts to get more codes.

  1. Ye, it took me about 10 minutes to get it, and I actually succeeded. If it says that the page is too busy, just press the reload page button a loooot and eventually you’ll get throu it ;)

    • These codes appear to work on both NA and EU accounts. I used a code on my NA account, and though it was successfully used, didn’t show any added gold to my NA account yet. I don’t have a NA client installed, so I am relying on status shown on my NA web portal.

      I wonder if a code can be used on both NA and EU before expiring… as in usable twice but on different servers. (I don’t want to try it on my EU profile just yet, in case it works I would like to save the premium day for later when I can play).

  3. Codes are not for everyone :(

    Unfortunately, a key could not be assigned to you. This can occur for one of several reasons, including:

    - 1) We’ve ran out of keys before we could assign one to you while you were in the queue.
    + 2) You are in a country or region that is not eligible to receive a key.
    - 3) A key has already been assigned to you.

  4. Worked for me. You just have to create an Alienware Acc, then get lucky with the high load, press the “Get Key” button.

    If it worked, you get this message (like me):

    Information!

    You’re in the queue!

    Your approximate wait time is less than 60 minutes. You will be notified via email if you have been assigned a code. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please email support at europe@alienwarearena.com. In the meantime, check out our events page to view upcoming online and on-site events in your area.

      • You mean 5 codes cuz I already have 5 accounts. The other 5 codes… I will give them to some poor bastards.

            • My main account is on EU, but I have one reserve account for NA (while I don’t even have a NA client installed), but I used an invite code for it and any bonus codes for NA accounts that i find. I may decide to use it in future, so no harm in keeping a reserve account, and its not against the Rules to have one account per region (not that anyone cares for such a rule).

  9. Alienware is unbelievably retarded. They keep offering those codes for a game with millions of fucking players although they know their servers can’t handle the huge traffic.

  12. That was racist from Alienware not allowing me to download if my account is from the NA region.
    Thank god we got VPNs nowadays!!!
    I’m in queue waiting the key email.

  19. I managed to get my code and it worked for me!
    But my friend said, that he cant get this code. The website said he`s in a queue and he will get the code per eMail. So now, he isnt in the queue anymore and he didnt recieve the code per eMail.

    What shall he do now?

  22. Those mofos from Alienware are smart ,they don’t give codes to people with same ip and but different emails.
    Pfff…No problem with Easy Hide IP.

  23. How can you enter the site if i click the link i get the error Error 503 – Down for Maintenance

    • Wow i got some kind of IP ban for alienware arena site somehow. I just registerd and spammed some f5 to redeem my code and then the whole site says. this error.

      After that I used an proxy and i could enter the site. so i guess they IP blocked me.

      but i have an code now :)

  27. This is impossible. Error 427 or Error 503. And if you spam it, you get that “down for maintenance” error. Sitting here for an hour or so and still nothing. Would be nice if there actually was a queue or some shit.

    Maybe someone got more than 1 and can spare one?

    I kept spamming “refresh” on several tabs but I never got a confirmation message,I just received an e-mail with the key,so while you keep spamming you might wanna check your e-mail from time to time,it took me about 5 mins to get one but it was probably even less because I didn`t check my e-mail constantly.

  32. Just to inform you if you get the too many requests error message it might help to reset your Internet Connection of your router to get a new ip it worked for me on the first try after resetting it.

  34. I’m just watching the keys go away while getting an error message: “Error 503 – Extremely high traffic – please try again shortly”

  37. After 5 min pressing F5 I receive bonus code for 1 day premium account (no 300Gold :( )
    1400 code left !

  40. Any luck guys?….refreshing for 15 minutes and still getting either 503 or 429 error.

    Also, any hint on how many codes left?…my cache refuses to clear anymore after refreshing so many times.

  44. Poor guys didn’t know what kind of traffic they would suck in with such an offer ! BTW I didn’t even know error 429. :)

  45. After 45 minutes of F5 spam I gave up. It wrote always “Whoops! The page could not be found. Try giving it another chance below.”
