- the size of Object 140 and 430 is correct according to Storm
- when asked, whether the visibility (spotting, render) distance will increase, Storm answers: “The real question is – do we need to see on 1000m and more? That’s a already a completely different game with shooting at pixels.”
- currently, the render distance (what you see when someone else spots for you) is a square, WG is however already developing turning it into a 700m radius circle.
- it’s possible the 112 frontal armor has some sort of graphic bug, it will be apparently corrected

    Area of current square: 1 square kilometer.
    Area of proposed circle: 1.54 square kilometers.

    Already quite a big increase if you ask me. Certainly a large step in the right direction.

    • 700 meters is basically the line of sight we already have, in diagonal. The only change it will bring is that sniping will be easier, as your placement will have less impact on the number of targets you can shoot at.

      Take Carelia for exemple. With the new system, defenders will be able to shoot almost every attacking path from their famous positions in D1 and A4.

  3. “That’s a already a completely different game with shooting at pixels.” – New idea! Tanks get to zoom in more if they have better accuracy; the better the acc, the more you can zoom.

      • There are mods even to know when and where a tree falls in any part of the map (obviously iligal)

          • Sure it is. Additional zoom only help you make the taget bigger, not help you shoot more accuracy.
            I hope they can do something to disable some mods. I myself hate tree removing mod. If you was spotted in a forest, you will be as naked as stand in the middle of a lake? That too unfair. Use that kind of mod like: “OMG this game is too hard in Easy. let change the difficult to Very Easy”

    • Learn to play please. I can abuse HESH just fine, even killed a T57 frontally in 4 shots with my FV4202. But it is an advanced mechinic to abuse ie weakspots

      Tank markers didn’t exist in game for a while iirc (before my time) and was something xvm added in that wg then adopted.
