As you probably know, guys, Tankfest is one of the biggest tank events in Europe. It will happen on 28th and 29th of June, 2014. And here is a taste of things to come… so, who’s coming? Sadly, I am not.

      • 8 Inch gun…

        Next would be low orbiting Ion cannon with instant destruction of 50% of the map :P

        • Not quite sure how you mean it but 8″ are only 20.something cm. We already have guns in the game with 21cm (GW Series), 9.2″ (CGC) and 24cm (T92). The 8″ is on the M53/55 iirc.
          So “8″ gun…” is definately not hte next step :D.
          38cm rocket luncher on the other hand… *cough* Sturmtiger *cough*

          • 8 in gun is already on the M53/55, yes. Also, soviet arty tiers 7 to 9 have the exact same gun caliber. So no, no ion cannons this time.

          • The american’s T92 has a 9.3 inch gun with as far as i can remember 11m splash radius (Prem i think)

  4. Don’t know how the voice of the presenter came across to others but to a british/irish ear it was about as inspiring as a slap around the head with a wet 7 lb. halibut.

  5. Well damn, just checked available flight from germany to london and they even offered reasonable priced rental cars with the deal so… this is kinda very affordable and I am already on vacation in that time anyway.
    Now I really consider going on a whim… mh. o_O
