just in case some of the clanwars players missed it – a post appeared both on US and on EU forums about the riot mechanism changes in clanwars.
Please note the following changes to Riot mechanics in Global Conquest:
- Additional coefficient for basic probability of revolts decrease from 30% to 10%
- Chips influence on probability of revolt increase from 2% to 3%
- Influence of counterspy on probability of revolt increase from 30% to 50%
- Influence of HQ on probability of revolt will increase from 50% to 100%

It’s actually the same,they just worded it differently.
Base chance both reduced by 20%
Chips from 2% to 3%, a 1% increase which is 50% of 2%
Counterspy increased by 20% which is 2/3 or 66.6% more effective
HQ being 100% more effective, 50%+50% = 100%
Yup, same changes, different wording.
You just have to understand WG maths where double doesn’t mean double, it means +100%.
In what world does +100% not mean double?
Depends how many times you are doubling.
If you start with (say) 100 then double it twice then you would expect to get 400 (100 * 2 * 2)
In WG maths if you double 100 twice then you get 300 (100 + 100 + 100).
I think its the same thing mate, they just used different words for the same result.
The WG:NA one has inconsistent use of percentages by the looks of it. Id say the EU one is probably the most accurate.
