How the hell should I know an e-mail address of my inactive WOT friends? I am pretty sure it was mentioned before this will work through player’s nickname.
You tell your friend “Hey friend, you should get back into WoT, and here’s why! Check the email you used to create your account for the invite so we can get this going”

I haven’t played this game in almost a week. My hypertension is normalizing, my self-esteem is returning, and I swear my hair is growing back. I have renewed hope of one day experiencing sex that isn’t paid for. Just remember, there is hope beyond WoT.
So you dont platoon in OP machines?
What if i make a new acc, call myself via this invite program , and i grind up to tier 10 on that new acc, will i get this premium tank on my old acc? :)
Of course, everyone and their dog are planning to do that.

Yup. And WG will have “profit” from that – they will be able to say – Ooh, ooh, now we have one million new active player accounts. Our game rocks!!1one1one!!
Why even bother for a shitty murrican medium? You can get a normal tier 10 tank on YOUR account in that time, starting a branch from scratch. Just think where YOUR crews would be with all that extra experience …
I wouldn’t bother with this if I were you unless you’re desperate to obtain every single tank in the game.
So to clarify: you get the tank once you and your “friend” gather up 1 mil xp while platooning up OR once any of recruited players research a tier X tank. Correct?
That’s how I understand it. Playing while platooned does however also give a 2-skill crew, last I checked.
Plus the nice xp bonuses while playing in the platoon with your buddies.

Watch it again. Either when your “recruits” gets 1 mill xp in a toon or one of em buys a tier 8 vehicle. What ever comes first.

More to the point.. when is this coming for EU?
Why don’t wargaming look at why so many players have left the game in the first place? Fix the bloody matchmaking nobody wants to carry ten retards every battle it’s no fun and that is the point of a game to have fun. Also all the corridor noob friendly maps suck and rng is out of control so I won’t be asking any of the 20 or more players that I know who have lapsed cos until wargaming fix the game no amount of pixel tanks ill bring them back. They are mostly playing Elite and Dangerous now or waiting for Armoured Warfare. If you see Serb and he is upset at how Wot is hemorrhaging players tell him I said “how terrible!”
I don’t think WG cares at all about those that have left. It is those that stay that obviously can’t find anything better to spend their time or money on that WG sees as whales. If WG was truly desperate for numbers, I think we would see much better bait being dangled before us…

Typical WG marketing – introduce a new feature, don’t tell how and when it will be available. Stronk advertising is stronk!
Btw, maybe someone already checked this out – which is the shortest Tier 10 grind in terms of XP needed to reach it?
