9.5 Review Video

Hello everyone,

a 9.5 review video by Wargaming appeared on their Youtube channel. Unfortunately, without subtitles:

 

 

Inside:

- Firefly and TD branch (review – a few words about each vehicle, like Archer going backwards faster than forwards and 17pdr guns, that have low alpha, but good accuracy and rate of fire)
- Panther 88 (goes to the premium shop in 9.5)
- two new map – one for team battles and one for low tiers
- Severogorsk and Ruinberg on Fire removed, Winterberg added instead
- Personal missions (former Individual missions) with girl crewmembers as rewards. Here’s an example how you can select the nation, class and vehicle of one such crewmember (yes, the picture belongs to Ola). Notice the T-35 in the choices:

Unfortunately this picture does not mean T-35 will be introduced anytime soon, it’s just WG teasing with old junk again (T-35 model was made like two years ago).

- reworked shell hit effects (you can see that at cca 3:32)
- bonus XP for scout tanks for spotting damage (10 percent for each tier the vehicle you spotted is above you, 30 percent max)
- added minimap functions

  2. On the test I noticed that the 17pdr is smaller on the Firefly than the one on the next TD (Challenger?) and they are the same gun?!?

      • I’m also interested exclusively in things you both mentioned. Couldn’t care less about new tanks. Especially brits.

      • 9.5 minimap update will come with KV-2 flying turret (yup,, because fck the chassis thats why) and HE that got swapped with AP (it’s say HE but it act like AP),, and WG be like “Working as Intended!” :P

  7. Does “scout tanks” only include light tanks or are there also some mediums (or others) that are frequently used to scout, who get this bonus? For example a leo or a batchat?

          May I ask you where you see “light tanks” in this sentence? Smartass.

      • his question is correct, WG said that he consider case of BC 25t and leopard… and on video, you can watch batchat !!! so… your answer is useless !

        • They even showed Charioteer instead of Conway – video makers do what they do. I listen to devs what they say what will be. so… your answer is useless !

  9. If we get female crew we can chose nation in which it will be. Can we change even nation or just type of vehicle when we retrain them again?
