Yeah clearly a 3k+ damage clip autoloader with 2 sec reload between shots and the best accuracy and aimtime in the game doesnt need any nerfs. Balanced.
60sec refill and paper-thin pseudo-turret bigger than quite a few entire tanks?
The article (on the NA portal) also said “Please note: these patch notes are preliminary and do not contain the details of characteristic changes of some tanks. The detailed list of these changes will be provided in the final patch notes during the update 0.8.9 release.”, so some balance changes may be there, if you haven’t checked.

I think that’s referring to 8.9 as a whole, compared to 8.8.
As of right now, it doesn’t seem like any vehicles got changed between 8.9 test 2 and 8.9 test 3.
Reload time indicator, while being handy, freaks my eyes out.
Surely there would be an option to remove it.
You can shade it out or even make completely transparent. Its in the options.

EU still hasnt bothered.
Comparing the python files, they added some kind of artillery restrictions to cybersport mode. Looks like max. 2 arty. Tested it ingame but didn’t notice that restriction. Maybe it’s something for the future.
Now to something completely different…How can you switch the GUI to display several
rows of tanks??!!?! Is it a mod?

Apparently there was a lag issue only with overclocked/custom config CPUs.
