That can’t be right. I recall at least a couple of battles where my T95 suffered no other damage than a single knocked out track (huehuehue) and I ended up with a repair bill of a few hudred credits, 600 IIRC. That was a while ago, though, so the situation may have changed since then.
Just today, only one track damaged, still full health.

Just wanted to say same thing. That statement is utter BS. Damaged tracks do have repair, but it’s not that high. Couple of hundreds, depending on what vehicle it was. I really wonder sometimes does the developers even play their game. Ok i know that they can’t be 100% about all things, but they make mistakes quite often, and it seems that players knows much more about the game itself, than they do.
Confirmed, i remember that my Sherman received only track damage and i got a 250 credit repair bill.
Are you sure you didn’t get damage to other modules? It could be that you didn’t receive enough damage to put the modules in the ‘damaged’ state, but they still will have lost hit points.

I suppose that all “Joseph Stalin” tanks should be removed from EU server, as well as “ZiS” (“Factory named after Stalin”) guns. European office should be consistent.
Don’t forget the LB (“Lavrentiy Beria”) guns, dude was an all-around asshole and Stalin’s chief hatchetman after Yezhov was thrown to the dogs. IIRC Katyn was originally his idea btw.

First it was to make panther more historcal, now they make the engines more realistic? Well let me tell you what, keep the stock engine and buff the speed and acceleration, because the hp/weight ratio doesnt make any sense in WOT anyways.
Why cant they just give the panther tanks a more powerfull yet historical engine? Alot of stuff in this game a just fictional anyways, like guns and engines that are mounted.

If the needed XP for the first engines won’t rise it will be a nice buff for the Panther statistics, because shorter stock-time -> better performance. Atm the (old) german Meds are not that good w/r-wise, so it could help to fix that without touching the well-balanced Elite-configurations.

This tells much about wowp. There is a reason why fighter pilots in real life didnt had keyboard and mouse, but this is wargaming afterall.
This is game, not real life.
There’s also a reason why fighter pilots had a major factory’s worth of dials and switches in front of their noses, and if possible were trained for years to make any sense out of them.
There’s also a reason casually oriented flight games roundly ignore that shit.

These Stalin-themed inscriptions have also been removed on the NA server, so either the EU and NA office stepped on Minsk’s toes, or the Russian developers got the idea that people outside the former Soviet mainlands aren’t too keen on that guy, and they’re just trying to keep appearances up for their RU customers.

Read the Q&As again. While Panther loses the top engine, it’s terrain passability will be better, allowing it to keep the maximal speed it has now.
IF the Maybach engines get rebalanced, it will most likely mean that the tanks using them will get better terrain passabilityas well.

If I have to read “realistic” and “WoT” in same the sentence one more time I throw up.
EVERY adjustment (Panther Engines, E-100 turret position, E-100 side armor,…) happens for balancing reasons.
Same goes for Lorraine depression… maybe there is a breach extension, maybe not – but in WGs eyes it would be unbalanced if it could lower the cannon further than it can now.
That´s why it can´t.
