But that sawmill or thingy reminds me of a bit of Khursk from Battlefield 1942..

How much time do maps need to be made acording to WG devs agian? It looks like they either made some maps during the time no new maps came or that they are beating their staff to accelerate map creation.

Looks like the place were the boss battle with the striders takes place in Half Life 2 Episode 2.
It was eastern Europe were it takes place. :P
Hey :D I knew it looked familiar :D Its basically the same as White forest, except there arent any birch trees here :P
Karelia was the first thing that came to my mind when i saw it. It basically looks like Karelia with added some objects and relief. And since Karelia is good map i think this one will also be.
Also, walking on tundra can damage it for 20+ years. The idea of driving a tank on tundra is both horrifying and amusing.
I know, Tundra by definition is err… Treeless…
I like colors. Any chance to get top-down view or minimap pic? Overall, layout is more important that eyecandiness.

Yet another bigass open map, like we need more of those. WG loves them though, much easier to die and get less exp. Is it so hard to make another Himmelsdorf?

Actually a reason was stated why they don’t do himmel-style maps….
This will be the new “worst map ever!” Just like Pearl River was the worst map before Sacred Valley was the worst map. Then Severogorsk became yet again the worst map.
Note: Everyone knows Redshire is the REAL worst map.

looks unplayable for me next map which will be removed after 2patches:/
It looks like Karelia map, but with a “apocalyptic” touch. (Reminds me the area around Chernobyl NPP, possibly “Red Forest”)

As someone who lives in Fairbanks Alaska, this doesn’t scream “tundra” to me.
