- Russian wikipedia mentions a plan to install a 152mm BR-2 gun on SMK chassis under the name of IS 1940, SerB states that this is why he doesn’t like wikipedia, the tank is clearly a fake and the gun is way too big and its recoil too strong for such a chassis
- SerB states he doesn’t know of any more German tanks with 300mm+ armor, that could be introduced in WoT
- the optional hulls will not only reworked visual models, but also different properties, for example the 100mm armor T-54 hull had better lower front plate armor, there apparently will also be the IS-2 hull with “straight” frontal plate

        And srsly, imo, bots are even worse – so like 42% winrate etc

      • Sadly that doesn’t mean they are a bot. That could mean they are simply a really terrible lemming that just loves to drive a straight line toward the enemies while yelling ‘YOLO’ and cussing at everyone

    yes and no! well , sometimes!

    example, when they know they win or lose they play differently!
    once, a platoon mate told me, we lose, guess what i won him the f*cking match!
    then I asked him out of curiosity how much chance we had? he said 33%

    I also told him XVM is about 90% accurate, 10% you can actually turn the battle around!

    for testing this, I recommend Pz. II ausf. L (a.k.a. Luchs) ;) I did 180 degree drift in it once… :D

  4. Did SerB mention the characteristics of the upcoming Object 430? My guess is that it will play like a Object -140-T-62a-hybrid. But I’m not sure.

    WoT has the dumbest playerbase I’ve ever seen and it gets worse.

  9. I was wondering … are some of these players asking stupid questions really that stupid, or are they straw men ? By straw men I mean this:

    such as the question about XVM or other mods influencing MM. That’s utter stupidity and anyone who ever used it knows that – and those who don’t use it won’t know about it.

    It really seems to me that some of these questions are intentionally asked to make certain topics/themes/targets look really bad/stupid.

    • I wouldn’t put too much thought into it. They are definitely just that stupid; if you ever think otherwise just remember how stupid the WoT player base is.

      • Nope, I don’t have chat modded (though it would be nice to have people’s nicknames in chat colored based on their skill), I just try to believe in people, that they are intelligent.

        • I don’t try to trick myself into thinking my teammates have intelligence. You can only play expecting your teammates to be dumb and your enemies smart otherwise you end up as flaming hulk.

        • The first and second parts of your statement conflict.
          Because the battlechat is Exhibit A of the playerbase for the most part being dumb as rocks and desperately ignorant of how the game even works.

    Well if you have enough trial data on enough tanks you could cook up a formula for a range of perameters that would get in the same room as those for which there was no trial data. Close enough to make balancing not too strained. This would be proprietary gold and something that WT would sell any number of grandmothers for. If anyone watched the footage of WT ground forces that was on youtube would see that all their tanks behaved the same Stug, KV-1 and PzII (I think).
