Fail counter! Hell yeah!

May i suggest to add a weighting like
1 fail point (FP) minor fail like typos
2FPs serious fail like announced but not wokring event( like the join the clan event that was announced for the last week)
3Fps for major fuck ups

If WG did fire somebody for every fail that than you can expect a LOT of people getting fired. Heck the company might become dissolved.
