It’s the only car because the entire avenue is no parking zone. That Merc was bought and “parked” there for the stunt (being Captain Obvious here because not many would believe this was for real). BTR-60PB itself was rented (or borrowed) from Vehicle Department of the Military Museum of Grand Duke Vytautas.
