- Storm, when asked, whether World of Tanks can get such physics as on this video, Storm states that the server couldn’t handle it and without server support, there would be way too many graphic issues

- apparently, on RU server players are getting banned for even mentioning War Thunder
- apparently, Port won’t be taken down for rework
- when dealing with teamkills, developers (or, rather, all WG people) don’t really care “who started”
- vehicles will be rebalanced in connection with the increased accuracy “if necessery”
- details about the roaming (switching from one server to another temporarily) will be disclosed later, but there will be some restrictions, SerB states he’s not interested in crowds of noobs moving around
- KV-2 removed HEAT shells will in 8.6 be sold for silver for their purchase price
- SerB states that the thing that happens to Superpershing (armor change->removed from shops->possibility to sell it for gold) won’t be possible for other premium vehicles, unless they get changed really seriously. It will also happen according to developer discretion.

    Its either they are annoyed because of that, or they are afraid that the game will be better(or worse, we dont know yet). :P

    • I heard that Gaijin (makers of WT) are banning users for mentioning WOT. They both afraid of competition it seems. Crazy russian devs.

  4. the graphics are not because of the servers, its cause the Bigworld engine sucks. The WT thing is kinda funny and revealing… i think they are scared

    • Or they are annoyed by the people who keep bringing it up and causing flame wars between WT fanboys and WoT fanboys. Either or.

    • In all honesty, it aint that bad. I dont get why people are complaining about it so much, WG CANT go all in with graphics or else they lose some customers. I cant currently think of another, better engine that fits their MMO criteria, except a second version of bigworld(or the third one when its done)

    WG hasnt even implemented independed suspension simulation yet. Something so basic ive seen it since 2005 in various FPS MMO’s having a few tanks per faction. I remember when tanks in WoT moved like fucking bricks when riding over bumps. Now the suspension acts as if the entire wheels are weilded together. If one steps over a bump, the other wheels rise too……

    I hope so! The majority of problems lie in the lower tier where tanks have crap accuracy, naming some key examples. Short 88mm of vk3601 is bad at long range, 122mm of KV1S/Su-122-44, bad at long range and a lot of other guns in the lower tiers/mid.

    • Wonder why they didn’t do that with the T34/Lowe…

      Because the cumulative changes to them are simply meh…

    • If you’re using the VK 2801 at long enough ranges to miss that often, you’re doing it wrong to begin with. They won’t rework the accuracy on it’s gun, I’m sure.

      • The original question was more like “Why do I feel that the FCM 50t’s profitability has fallen?”

    • Retarded answer? Really? I thought it to be hilarious, considering it was sarcasm. They didn’t nerf it’s profitability, if that’s what you’re wondering (considering your post on his remark). If anything, they may have nerf’d it indirectly via other gameplay changes.

    yes it’s more of flaming why the bans are being meted out- because WT and World of X (WoX) discussions can reach retard levels that even /b/ might not consider touching it.

    I mean in the spacebattles forum (a forum far far away from WT and WoX), the WoWS thread was temporarily hijacked by a well known WT fanboy after a comment about the amount of retarded WT vs WoX comments in the WoWs post in FTR V1/Old.

    WoX people don’t hijack threads, so far most of the horribad troll poasting was from WT people.

    This means that getting rid of teamkiller is punishable :( , even if he attempts next teamkills…

    • No, killing blue tank is not punishable, killing someone who teamkilled/shot someone but did not turn blue is punishable.

      • Then imagine my suprice when I shot the blue one to death, and had to pay painfull compensations and stuff, just like I shoot at random non-blue player.

  17. Physics in the Spin Tires video (actually on Kickstarter crowd funding, demo available) cant be implented. With such kind of engine WoT will lose the characteristics of simple casual mmo gaming. Many ppl will be raged about, when they get stuck in muddiest areas of a map or slide more than now physics allow. Logical physics are too complicated for the braindeads.
