- World of Warplanes will officially be released on September 26th in the USA and EU
- SerB states that Russian archives are such mess that you never know, what you will find. It’s possible to dig in them only in general direction (for example “self propelled guns”)
- no plans to add rotating ventilators on tank models: Storm states that the rotating blades wouldn’t be visible anyway over the grill cover. French tanks with clearly visible ventilators won’t have them rotating either (SS: if I understand this correctly)

- account to account gold transfer (SS: apart from the gift shop) won’t be implemented, as it holds no advantage for WG
- SerB on tanks without healthbars (SS: as in, any hit could potentially kill a tank): “This variant has been tested and scrapped a long time ago. It was tried like that during one part of the alpha test. The gameplay was worse than it is now, the influence of skill was even smaller and the influence of luck was greater. It won’t be implemented. As an example of this, I suggest reading the mass whining of War Thunder players about their planes incomprehensibly ‘eating’ damage.”
- in 0.8.8, 112 and T-34-3 tanks will not be available via the ingame shop, only via gift shop (SS: the question is related to RU server, but it’s likely this will happen everywhere) temporarily, because the developers want to “control the amount of these vehicles in game and taking them down from the shop is easier, removing them out of the ingame shop requires a micropatch”.

Again, not much info today.

- Q: “Severogorsk is tiny and should drop only for lowtier tanks” A: “Your opinion is very important to us” (SS: eg. it won’t be changed)
- Swedish Rikstanken (based on the L-120) apparently won’t be implemented, as it is armed with a 7,92mm machinegun (SerB: “And who do you want to knock out with such a caliber?”) (SS: the fact something is equipped with a 7,92mm MG does NOT mean it can be implemented, regular 7,92mm AP shells have less than 10mm of penetrating power, the Panzer I Ausf.C gun is very, very specific in this)
- if you start teamdamaging SerB in random battle, you will get a temporary ban
- SerB on alleged leak of T57 HT nerf: “We don’t comment leaks” (SS: there is news about a possible T57 nerf, I confirmed it with WG RU, T57 won’t be touched for now, so it’s just a hoax)
- if you sell the Superpershing for gold, there will be no compensation for gold camo or inscriptions
- on Live Oaks map (and some others), there are some very tricky steep shores, if you drive on them, you will slide into water without the possibility to do anything. This won’t be changed.
- official XP formula won’t be disclosed

- the vehicle being sellable for gold mechanism had to be developed specifically for the Superpershing case and it won’t be permanently in the game
- the Havok feature of stuff from tank flying off (the boxes, tools and such stuff) is planned

- Object 430U will not come anytime soon
- the Intuition perk is working as intended apparently
- Czechoslovak tree will not come as a separate tree, but as a part of the EU tree, SerB states that they will maintain a significant presence within their boundaries, for example with heavies it’s really bad (SS: Czechs have three possible heavy tanks as far as I remember, if we count out the IS copies: two very lowtier vehicles (2/3) and Tiger with a 75mm autoloader)
- dynamic tank characteristics in hangar (SS: as in, adjusted by crew skill) are planned

- the XP price for unlocking Object 140? “Wait for the test” (SS: it’s roughly the same as the price for T-62A, eg. 200k XP)
- there will be no “special” subtitles for national voiceovers, because there are currently enough indicators what’s going on (tank being hit, burning etc.)
- maps not dropping evenly? “Play 1000 battles within one patch and show us the statistics”
- too many draws on Redshire map? “How terrible…”

Storm answers on 8.8

Just a few random answers from Storm:

- on the “admission” of the flawed MM earlier today: at some points it does put a tier 10 vehicles opposing tier 8′s (as in, one team has tier 10 tank and the other doesn’t)
- the abovementioned bug will be fixed in 8.8
- the rating mentioned in ASAP video is brand new, WG-made algorithm, the exact formula won’t be disclosed
- the rating was developed for a long time, Storm believes it’s well-made
- there won’t be any possibility to hide your rating
- Serene Coast was reworked a lot, it’s very different
- reload timer in seconds will be in 8.8
- tank description on minimap will be implemented, but not anytime soon
- the reload timer will take damaged ammorack/dead gunner into account
- random/platoon/company stats won’t be separated in 8.8

- Storm states that SU-152 in elite state is properly balanced
- there will also be an ingame event discount indicator (SS: as in “These tanks, items, services are currently in discount…”)
- Q: “What is the future of arty?” A: “Happy future awaits her”
- Storm admits that the frontal IS-4 armor slope (61 degrees) is not correct in game, it differs by a few degrees, it will be fixed in the future
- it’s “too early” for 2nd German TD line questions

- there will be no Belarussian or Ukrainian language mutation (“for each extra language, a patch will come 1 day later”)
- it’s not yet decided, whether you will be able to “see” Havok events, that happen outside your field of view (SS: as in, for example, a tank gets shot and some box mounted on the outside flies off under client physics, it’s possible this information won’t be transferred if it happens outside of your field of view, so in your case, the tank will still have the box, despite on his computer, it got torn off)
- Israeli branch won’t come for now
