Hello everyone,
an official Wargaming video about the 70 years anniversary of Minsk liberation from nazi occupation (the anniversary was on 3.7.2014 actually). The video has English subtitles and it’s actually quite interesting. Enjoy!

Hello everyone,
I’ll be brief: the current Kursk event also includes 50 percent crew retrain discount. Taken a few minutes ago:
This info is not in the portal post, I guess they forgot about it.
Hello everyone,
remember the guy with the Wargaming inside info (that got confirmed in time, for example the Freedom Bundle for Xbox)? He’s back. This time, he said he’d have to be more careful – the developers were not happy about some of the info being leaked and started purging the internal channels. So, we’ll have a look at some of the older stuff, that was planned and never got into the game, perhaps it will be illuminating for you guys. I will add some of my comments in the usual way.
Multi-turret and Multi-Gun Mechanism
Multiturret and multigun mechanisms have been alphatested several times already, the developers however are not convinced that the mechanism is of any use and should be developed further. Most of the secondary weapons are pretty much useless (such as the Maus gun) for their tiers, so it’s most likely the project was shelved completely due to the “what is the point of developing something that players will never use anyway” reason. One of the few exceptions would be the B1 hull gun.
Hello everyone,
since it seems everything got postponed for a week (possibly due to the big Wargaming Cyprus meeting?), according to info I recieved today from a supertester, the 9.2 common test is planned for 10.7.2014 (next Thursday).
- FV4202 replacement confirmed (“when it’s done it’s done”)
- currently, TD hardcap is not planned
- during a recent Wargaming HQ meeting, it was cleared for some people (SS: in this case Tanitha) to discuss the global development and issues more at their own discretion (SS: the last part is important)
- too many people AFKing in battles (on ASIA server)? “People believe in a lot of things. You are free to continue to believe what you wish.”
- captcha for botting suspects? “End of the year is probably more realistic for a final implementation, all going to plan and plans not changing.” (SS: players suspected of botting will have to fill captcha every time they want to go to battle)
- regarding the blocking of bots: “…they cant really be blocked. All attempts I’ve seen from all other software companies blocking bots in the past, resulted in bots being blocked for about ~4 hours. 4 hours later the altered bot was back out in circulation, with no effect.”
Enjoy :)
Hello everyone,
thanks to LoooSeR78V for this video. At around 3:00, they are starting to talk about the tank and its characteristics. According to the video, the tank is of later modification with additional frontal armor (120mm thick) and is armed with 85mm ZIS S-53 gun. At around 7:00 the guy starts to drive it around. The noise is pretty impressive!

Hello everyone,
Yuri Pasholok found three relatively interesting plans for German stuff. Unfortunately, he published only the markers, but even so, it’s interesting.
So, liked 75mm L/100? Or even 88mm L/100? Think they look outrageous? Check this out – 88mm L/130 AT gun (not a Flak gun, a PaK) proposal from January 1943 – this would have been fun to operate. Too bad Yuri Pasholok didn’t publish the whole plan.
Thanks to LoooSeR78V for linking this video :)
